Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 3-5 business days for U.S orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotions.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need help, contact us as soon as you can via our Contact page and we’ll do our best to assist.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Which items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
supplements / gummies / ingestible wellness products
opened or used skincare/body care items
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns that aren’t due to an error (changed mind, didn’t like it, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/packaging (if applicable). We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, but typically take between 5 to 10 business days.
My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it—what should I do?
Carriers will sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive at your door. We recommend checking around your designated delivery location, looking for a delivery photo (if applicable), and asking household members/neighbors.
If the package doesn’t turn up within 24–48 hours, please reach out to us through our Contact page so we can help.
Are your products high quality?
We aim for “affordable luxury” products that feel premium, support real routines, and are priced fairly. We curate items based on quality, reliability, and overall value.
Are wellness products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not evaluated by the FDA in the same way as medications. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you’re pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional before use.
